Default Trapper/Craftsman ideas

I just think that it's a problem that the Trapper isn't a class anyone wants to stick to, he seems to be more of a class that you get at first for noncombat skills and then reroll to get those noncombat skills running for another class.

Same could be said about the Craftsman.

I'd like the trapper to be able to make status effects more powerful. Like, a 5% bonus to status effects (up to 10% with class enhancing skills) or something.

Meanwhile the Craftsman should have the ability to protect his shop, and become more of a PvP class that can provide bonuses towards defending clans or being able to have a chance of escaping forced combat (as long as you aren't a PKer) without losing anything. Or, on an offensive side the Craftsman could steal consumable copies of recipes for his team.

Because once you have that noncombat XP, you could just reroll. The two classes need something more than XP to work. Even the Adventurer class is better than the other two because of his mobility.

I kind of meant dots, stun/mez/whatever, and other kinds of status effects for the Trapper. Auras on top of that would be meh.

For the Craftsman, yeah, I don't know what I'm doing. I just want him to be a little more PvP focused since in tough times he needs to learn how to protect his trade.

Or, he could be economy focused, but that steps on the Trader's toes.

I thought of something better for the Craftsman and Trapper.

Craftsman combat-relevant bonus: Can reduce the penalties (I don't know how to calculate this right, would I be reducing the 20% stated for the ranged haste loss from equipping a shield, or giving a multiplier to the 80% remaining?) of carrying a bow with a shield or a melee weapon due to personalizing their weaponry to be more accessible in combat. (Say an upgrade that allows the bow to be attached to your shield, or turning your melee weapon into a psuedo-bayonet.)

Trapper combat-relevant bonus: 4% bonus (up to 12%) bonus to all status effects such as stun duration, dot damage (the DPS doesn't change because it lasts 4%-12% longer), bonus regeneration from gems, and more. This bonus also applies to aura effects.
