Minimize data option

I love to play this game on my mobile while I am commuting into work (I like to arena while i read my book). That said playing it every day for 1.5 hours on my mobile network does get a bit data heavy.
What I would really enjoy is a simple way to turn off all clan, civil, uncivil and other functions that eat data. Kind of a bare bones nod experience for mobile users.
