2H Piercer

My idea is for a new 2H piercer that has a chance to proc hemorrhage skill twice. So basically a bloodlet for when you stab em and another for when you pull it out. Thoughts?

rather see current piercers fixed first, mainly polearm of purity, cleanse rate is terrible against actual dot

Instead of the 2H, include all piercers and make it a pass-through proc (makes more sense). Kind of like the Samurai gear, you hit a arm and it passes through with a double bloodlet/bleed, but harder to get through the chest plate.
