For what reason is to raise poison arrow and flameshot skills ?

For what reason is to raise poison arrow and flameshot skills if lvl 100 of snake tongue will make full use of both skills anyway ?

Maybe if both skills will give us extra damage with every skill will worth it to be raised.

Poison arrow and flameshot effects can only be used together if you have snake tongue levelled

If you don't have poison arrow nor flameshow levelled, those effects will never occur, no matter your snake tongue level.

What? Come on Roif, if you're not trolling; attempt to step up your English game.

The subtle text at the end of Snake Tongue which states, At a skill of 100 you will make full use of both skills. does not mean that when you have Snake Tongue at 100 you will always proc Flameshot and Poison Arrow, it means that you will be able to use both skills. As stated by Zan, w/o Snake Tongue, one overrides the other.

Snake Tongue literally just allows you to use both skills, it doesn't guarantee they'll both proc on every shot. That's the reason to level them.

i know must be lvl-ed just one lvl of both skills to activate... but one lvl on both skills will be enough if snake tongue will be lvl 100.
So... what purpose is to raise more then lvl 1 that two skils if will be enough to raise snake tongue wich will activate both same time ?

Flameshot grands up to 50% chance and Poison arrow grands up to 25% chance by himself without snake tongue.

At a skill of 100 you will make full use of both skills - that you will and not ”...provides up to ...% chances...”(as in many other skills is described) make all differences.

at level 1 flameshot level 1 poison arrow and level 100 snake tongue you wiill have aa .5% chance to trigger flameshot and a .25% chance to trigger poison arrow

I know thatperson... but if i have lvl 1 on both skills and i have lvl 100 in snake tongue then I may benefit them as snake tongues skill described :At a skill of 100 you will make full use of both skills.

full use meaning if snake tongue is at 50 you only have a 50% chance to proc the other skill (either flameshot or poisn arrow) giving them a chance for their proc to activate. It seems you are being difficult just to be difficult since this has been explain and you have said "i know".

This means you will make full use of whatever lvl you have those skills at, it doesn't superceed(so?) the individual skill's lvls.
