Toplists refreshes, online account view (low res) and Mobile Application API

#1 Whats against making toplists refresh more often?

Current cache technologies and PHP performance allows to refresh such lists with close-to-nothing impact on system - every tme cache expires. Easily maintainable via cache TTL to refresh them once per half an hour or every 15 minutes.

#2 I would love an online way to inspect my toon not especially loading game, to let me thing about further toon development at time i have only access to mobile Internet on my silly lil phone.

#3 Are you willing to introduce API that NodMobileApp is working on for other developers? I would gladly train on it by developing an adroid version of mine imagination!
