LG pierce and uptier max damage increase

I know this has been brought up before, but I'm going to relight this topic since previous posts haven't had a reply.

Anyway, I find it odd that when uptiered, piercers get an increase to their max damage instead of min damage. Considering piercering is based around bloodlet damage giving you an extra boost and more consistency rather than big flashy numbers, it just odd that instead of increasing this consistency and pretty much the entire point in going piercer, you get an out of place increase to max damage.

As a quick disclaimer, I don't know about 2Hers uptier bonuses; noone has been foolish enough to actually spend 80mil to get a t2 2H piercer from what I can see.
Also, adding on to other posts/suggestions, gear that increases min-damage would be a nice addition, especially since we already have the entire demonskull suit that increases your max damage which once again isn't the most useful when using pierce.
