Default S2 cap raise

Why did you raise the cap in the middle of Arena season ? Should be between seasons, imo.

In a perfect world we'd do everything in between seasons, but the time in between seasons is so small that that is not realistic.

20....DW'ers, both weapons proc DA is a "quad" as we used to know it...now give that biff, and we could hit 8 opponents before(2 opponents, 4 times each). Give all 4 of those DA's quadrakill, and you have 20 attacks, 10 against 2 opponents @ ~1/2 strength.

Shouldn't that be 10 attacks? You can't hit all three opponents at once can you?
If it's splitting the damage between only 2 players, then yes, 5 attacks per person per weapon = 10 for two handers and 20 for DW. Sorry that the 15 was confusing, we were looking at code that has the potential to attack all 3 players even though there is not a gem or effect that currently does that.
