Allow us to raise Predacity and Critical Strike to 140!

Not fair casters get higher base crit chances than other classes esp when they have the best crit LGs!

Yea... Not only do they get the best crit skill, the best crit gear "BP" but also they can fire them cannon balls 100x faster than we can swing the fastest melee weapon out there which in return is more crits...
