Ironclad Rune
Ironclad and Spike Runes aren't used by the clans that have enough RP to activate any rune they want. Why? They are generally bad, especially at cap.
Suggestion: give small percentage-based bonuses to each rune in addition to the current bonuses.
R1 Ironclad: +50 AC and +2% AC. Extra 1% AC if using shield.
R2 Ironclad: +100 AC and +3% AC. Extra 1.5% AC if using shield.
R3 Ironclad: +150 AC and +4% AC. Extra 2% AC if using shield.
R4 Ironclad: +200 AC and +5% AC. Extra 2.5% AC if using shield.
R5 Ironclad: +250 AC and +6% AC. Extra 3% AC if using shield.
R6 Ironclad: +300 AC and +7% AC. Extra 3.5% AC if using shield.
R1 Spike: +1 to ALL attack damage and +1% to all minimum damage.
R2 Spike: +2 to all attack damage and +2% to all minimum damage.
R3 Spike: +3 to all attack damage and +3% to all minimum damage.
R4 Spike: +4 to all attack damage and +4% to all minimum damage.
R5 Spike: +5 to all attack damage and +5% to all minimum damage.
R6 Spike: +6 to all attack damage and +6% to all pally damage.
It'd be nice if, in addition to its normal bonus, it gave a % bonus to AC if you had a shield.
For example:
R1 gives +50 AC and then increases your AC by 4% if you have a shield equipped.
R2 gives +100 AC and then increases your AC by 8% if you have a shield equipped.
R3 gives +150 AC and then increases your AC by 12% if you have a shield equipped.
R4 gives +200 AC and then increases your AC by 16% if you have a shield equipped.
R5 gives +250 AC and then increases your AC by 20% if you have a shield equipped.
R6 gives +300 AC and then increases your AC by 25% if you have a shield equipped.
The numbers are just examples, of course, but I think this would make the rune more viable at all level ranges. Low levels using shields could gain a few dozen extra AC, which would be useful for them.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.
Just repeat for multiple effects.
DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
