New Skill for RRT

Skill Name: Shared Time

Got too much RRT? Give it away! The only way to level this skill is to give away RRT to another player. Yes, that command would have to be implemented as well.

Levels 1 - 99: does absolutely nothing. OR increases your own max RRT by some amount.
Level 100 (max level): Doubles your max RRT. Optional: can no longer share RRT.

To prevent abuse by having a zillion alts give you their RRT, can only share RRT with someone of the same level or lower. There are other ways to prevent it as well, but this seems reasonable.

any option like this needs to have a paid restriction on it. i could see a market for it, but the market price wouldn't go over a Time Card's AH price cost for 7 hours

No, just no.

With all the toon sharing and people who have quit giving L85 toons away, whether it be for alt clan battles or for extra farming toons or w/e, there would be a large handful of ppl who could exploit this to no end, pushing them even further ahead, leaving everyone else in teh dust(until they got L85 toons themselves, which would take time/money/etc). As awesome as it would be to be able to give it away or sell it somehow, there is just no reason for it.

If anything, there should be a extra "Stored RRT" skill, for if you have to take an extended break from nod. Which allows you to store 1 hour rrt for X hours rrt wasted, up to some cap based on the skill, perhaps L100 is double, giving you 100 hrs max rrt stored, or something. But in all seriousness, neither is needed.
