Changes to Crushers/Whips
So you've changed the low level crusher and whip to have higher delay. That makes them no longer viable in arena.
However, you've missed out on what it means that people were using level 10 crushers in arena. As I've long been saying, 1H Crush is terrible, and the only good thing about it is stuns. That's why people chose 10 delay crushers for arena. There was not a single top 20 team using DW LG crushers.
You've completely stripped any stun proc from LG crushers and then added very high delays to make smash not work either. The only reasonably fast crusher is the Vile Tomahammer, and that still has a 3.5 second delay.
Back to the 10 crusher/18 whip nerf though. While a number of top teams used these weapons, I think ours was the only one to have 2 DPS toons using DW 18 whips and a tank using tomahammer/10 crush at the same time.
We sacrificed all of our melee DPS to be able to keep enemies with NO DEFENSE (50 agi 50 dex) stunned 75% of the time, assuming they didn't have stoics. Many teams simply used stoics and completely countered our strategy. Or they shattered/apoced our bifurcateds so we could only hit the tank and boom, no more stuns.
My character was always built for the single purpose of maximizing the group's melee attack speed. I sacrificed my ability to tank, deal damage, and regen for that purpose. Now, apparently, doing no melee damage and being the world's softest tank is overpowered.
If you recall our duel with Excellence which we submitted to the ad contest, Jaym (10 crush, aliangel bp, haste rune, pot, badger, sharp 5, haste from my t2 palahammer) and I (tomahammer/10 crush, regulus bp, haste run, pot, sharp 5) were not able to keep Excellence, a DoT caster with no agi or dex, consistently stunned, nor were we able to do any damage to him.
TL;DR: I am upset because I invested a great deal of time, money, and effort into this build but I have hope that you will fix the true problem, that which lies in the weakness of LG 1H Crushing weapons, and to a lesser extent, LG whips.

Just repeat for multiple effects.
DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
