A stave just wont do that, therefore staves dont count. because casters dont really get affected like us, melee ranged.

Apparently you didn't realize I was specifically stating that you can block and parry as you stated in a previous post that you can not. Apparently you are an Archer? Not sure you haven't ever told anyone if you are or not. All you try and do is belittle everyone that you don't know what I'm talking about. Please in detail do explain EXACTLY what you are talking about and not try to belittle someone, which in fact you haven't succeeded in, ever.

I have an archer as well and haven't lost him due to daze at all. I have trishotted myself for well over 500dmg and then burned myself on top of that and did not die.

What I found interesting is you spoke of melee... staves do melee damage. Next time explain yourself a little better before you say something doesn't count. Like you did in the quoted text. That does make sense and I see that point, but still that doesn't change the fact that out of all the people who play I have only heard of 2 people get killed because of daze. You, apparently 5x a day, and me once because I was fighting something too far above my ability.

Since you won't give any details on how you play and all you are doing is just trolling. This might be my final post and hopefully since when I speak you become more stupid. Perhaps this will get you to the point you won't play anymore and let the people who know how to play the damn game do so.

I'm level 26 with an armor class of 501 i never kill myself off a daze or even come close. Your build of heavy melee is your problem. You need to balance out more in the recovery and defense departments. Daze is fair and balanced infact i plan on buying as using them (possibly on other people) at some point.

Luck has nothing to do with it, it's entirely how you play the game. The only thing that kills me is biting off more than i can chew or my own stupidity.

Ah but you see, thats the thing here. You are "balancing" yourself. Doesn't meant that it is for the better, just means that you are limiting your forward potential.


Like a car that could have 400mph, but if it was to smack into a wall at that speed would crumple. So we pile in useless gizmos and gagets and find ways to limit this speed to no more than 90MPG for "safety concerns".

The car isn't getting better in anyways because of this, but rather is creating a limitation upon itself so that it isn't a glass cannon. However still at 90mph that car would still cumple if it ran into a wall. All that happened was the forward momentum of the vhieical was hindered by something to prevent it from cumpleing as much as it would if it hit at 400mph.


So basically why you are not a glass cannon for spreading into recovery you are now more of a glass .22 cal pistol that can heal its own cracks a bit faster.

I can Daze and Be Dazed and I have never once Killed myself, nor have I died to a daze, resistance skills, along with Parry Dodge Block etc, look closely at all the skills level 40 ones more importantly, resistance to gems and their effects plays a huge role in duel weilding

i am level 35, and have 30 grey magic just for blue resistance.
impendence 36, x2 magic resist pets.
daze still gets through, I resist 1/10 th of dazes, not much of a dramatic impact there. huh?

No where in my post does it claim I have never been effected by a daze, what it does say is I can be dazed, and never kill myself, if you have only 500 hp as you seem to suggest you do, you are already a horrid build in my book, more so if your dumb enough to duel weild with only 500 HP.

You seem to be the idiot here this game does not have to be a cut and paste copy of each and every other charactor, it requires some intelligence to build a good charactor, and either your a moron or your charactor sucks or both, I can resist daze around 35% of the time and based on my duels with players like Style and others, they seem to resist right around the same general area, your mistake is the fact that you die you scream fowl and based on your posts everyone including the creator is a moron except yourself, seems to me you are the only one that dies alot to daze, and I can only hope you die many many more times.

To sum this up:

a) There is little, sometimes nothing that can be done against daze.
b) Because of a) certain melee or ranged builds, so called "glass cannons", won't do well.
c) Glitchless explicitly stated that glass cannon builds aren't supposed to do well in Nod. They aren't exactly prohibited, but suffer penalties that make them very unappealing.
d) Relic and others don't want them to suffer penalties and feel restrained.

Now let's discuss religion. I for a start think that Jesus was a simpleton and acted out bad drama when he got himself crucified to appeal to the oppressed. Your turn.
