That's what you get for filter dodging on one toon. It affects them all you use when logged at the same time. At least that's from my experience at least with a squelch.

One time, in chat, Trojan hosted a contest for who could post "Trojan is batman." three times in a row without being interrupted. He basically baited people into spamming chat and gaining a 24 squelch and permanent ban from civil by way of the built in spam filters.
So don't listen to much of what he says complaining about petty misuse of rules, because he doesn't really have any ground to stand on in that argument.
