Duel Room

I thought it would be interesting to have a room in each town, or just one somewhere on the map (like the arena square) where people can go to have public duels, and other people can enter to watch and maybe place bets (since oral contracts between players aren't always fulfilled).

could maybe even have a roulette scenario, would make it more interesting to never know who you may duel next. maybe even a gladiator mode where someone takes on multiple people as well.
