Start menu
Control panel
Java (you may have to click programs and features first)
Settings
Delete temporary files



I also need to know which browser you're using and what exactly happens preventing you from logging in

I have no idea how to clear the cache on that, never even heard of it. But you'll want to. And update Java to the latest version.
