On the security tab of the Java console, make sure it's down to medium, and the box at the top is checked. Also go to the advanced tab and make sure all the options that say (not recommended) are selected.

Now lower your Java cache to about 10 mb, make sure you check the box in that window (should say something about storing temporary files) then clear cache again, hit ok and ok, restart your browser and try again.

Use the snipping tool from the start menu to take the picture. Save it. Upload to tinypic.com. Use the forums and message boards option, copy it and paste it in the forums.
