Dear Glitchless team,

What happened to UGC balances? I didn't have much, but enough for close to 2 TCs. Can we access that through Ultimate Pay...didn't see where we could or even where to access balances if we have them on Ultimate Pay.

It's the same company. UGC is the first option when you click on the UltimatePay icon.

I didn't really describe that the way I should. Sorry if this is longwinded.

When we buy TCs we always have a little left over (we buy a $20 UGC but TCs only cost 4.99 so buying four with the UGC leaves a small balance with the company). This balance left over is more when we get the bulk discount. Anyway, after awhile it builds up enough that we can pay for a TC with our balance with the company. With the old company setup, when you clicked the PBC option, it would say sign in to use the balance. With the new setup, that isn't there.

TL;DR How do I use the balance with the company to buy a TC.

Maybe I'm just not seeing it, and if not, I'm sorry.

There is a login button at the top of the window. Let us know if that gives you access to the balance you're seeking.

OK...this is what I get when I click to get one TC.



I can log in if I click Help, but it doesn't take me anywhere I can use a balance. Let me restate a well-known fact that I'm an idiot when it comes to computers, so sorry if I'm missing something. Not a huge deal to me, but if someone has built up a big balance and can't access it, it could be an issue.

Hmm. I'm seeing a login option after choose language that is not in your pic.

There must be a way to spend your remaining value, as they are stating there that remaining value is converted to points. You can e-mail ps-customersupport-ps@visa.com and they should be able to help. I don't think the systems are separate, but perhaps they need to do a one time transfer of your remaining balance to points.

Also try this:
"To use your remaining ultimate pay points, either log-in to ultimate pay beforehand, or attempt to add another game-card with an incorrect code (yet correct e-mail address) - both methods will let you apply your remaining points."

We're contacting them regarding this issue, as we don't seem to have been able to find a method to resolve it yet. Obviously, we want it to be easy for you to spend your balance on the game, not having it floating around in limbo.

They contacted me about it. Basically told me I need to tell them when I want to use a balance. They were really nice, but the method is a little more difficult than the old way. I can forward you their message, if you like.

We are trying to get this matter resolved so that it is not an annoyance to our customers.

Where we stand right now on this issue is this:
In order to spend any current balance from leftover UGCs you will need to e-mail them an order number that you want that balance applied to. This should be a one time thing. All future UGC remainders are automatically converted to UltPoints which should be easy to apply to orders with the new interface. Their contact is na-merchantsupport-ps@visa.com

Anyone that has trouble spending their old or new balance should let us know at help@nodiatis.com

And if all that sounds like too much trouble, we recommend using PayPal if possible.
