Default Nod encryption

What type of SSL/TLS does Nod use? In other words, what settings does your browser need to support in order to run Nod in SSL?

Java handles the SSL encryption, so your browser doesn't need any special settings. If you have SSL selected at the login page, all server/client communication will be encrypted, most importantly of course, your password.

Thanks. So if Java handles it, does that mean SSL needs to be enabled within the Java control panel? Or are all the settings done server-side?

Nevermind, I tested in IE and it does require TLS 1.0 enabled in the Java console. Thanks much Glitch, adding this to my list of nod issues and how to fix them
