pvp bonus on pve spec weapon
a weapon with a spec that grants 4% of the same bonus as in pvp but for pve. seeing as you get 1551% bonus from pvp after 10mins fight..1% would be 15.5% and 4% would result in ~62% dps bonus after fighting a mob for 10mins. can lowr the base % on the weapon tho to balance this out if it is too much.
