Default Clan Social skills
I have a suggestion. to introduce social skills for clans. meaning rp donations give exp to the clan and the toon.

1 skill could be a 0.1 % of rune activation costs at the skill of a 100 it will be 10%, somthing along them lines.

Support and improvments would be nice... also make them like epic skills i guess to slow down the process or lg skills? as 100 toons donating rp can lvl somthing pretty quick...
