Enchanttrashing
Alot of people complain about it as you know glitch, and dont see the value in it.
What about a slight buff to it, so that it works as the reverse to the new downtiering system.
so you uptier, and you keep 50% as you would, and you have a random chance of adding to it, so that its between 50-100% of what you would of gained.
so if i had 12 t20, and used it, i had a chance to get between 6-12 t21.
