Support! Wouldn't even call it a hybrid, as it stands there is only one arrow that really helps non-bow users..this could make ALOT more builds viable

even the arrows that do help bow users kinda suck, if there was to be an arrow with that proc, it would probebly be around 3% rather than 10

Perhaps, but I have the feeling you're assuming that based off the chance to hit arrow..

and every other arrow thats proc is kinda crap (including mine), the procs are all pretty weak on them, but are better than no proc at all, its the bow and quiver procs that are best, and i dont see why it would have the same amount of regen as the bow.

wouldnt make much sense to give an arrow the same proc as a bow either, even if the bow has the green damage bonus.

It makes much more sense than you would imagine. The chance to hit proc is low in my eyes because of how many other items can be equiped at the same time which already have procs that can add up to upwards of 20%..

I would not call the Fateseal arrow proc - by ANY means weak. Yes compared to other items with the similar proc - it is lower. But that is most likely due to the built in multiattack chance of bowusers. Perhaps outdated now with AoE melee attacks, but that is a topic for another discussion

And people seriously underestimate damage procs, especially on full haste archers..

maybe one day we will be able to gamble and combine 2 of same kind legend parts resulting totaly random result, for example puting 2 legend arrows in rod will result as new one but with totaly random procs, you may and with 1 % dmg boost and 20 health gain when hits but also with arrow that gives 10% damage mitigation and 5% extra mana/energy reg.............. maybe one day
