is this just overlooked or intended?

Raiden t1 helm has the same exact stats of a raiden t5 helm
no increase at all in stats

just saying, even the legs and arms of raiden pieces get a +1 in each stat and they are much cheaper to make even and that's per uptier...

I support this endeavor...most LGs get 1 extra stat every other lvl or so if they aren't already magically boosted with magical powers to make the user magical!
