Tyrantreborn is a scammer

I just want all to Know that toon named Tyrantreborn is a scammer. I was looking for 800k TCs on ah, he messaged me asking for 800k after which he was to sell me 2 TCs. He took 800k from me (yes, i am a trusting person, i know...) and immediatelly went DND mode and i m not able to contact him ever since.

So people, be very careful dealing with him...

He has been known as Nod's Biggest Idiot for the past few years? A lot of people have him on ignore... how have you not heard of Tyrant by now??

It is terrible you even trust someone you know nothing about, but oh well.

What can i say... my fault really.... but... NOD has been an honest community (player to player wise) so far... except for few incidents.

And, if this has been known for so long, how come he is not banned yet?

I don't think Nod really wants to be a place where players can be bant for being unpopular. If I borrow money then for some unexpected reason can't repay when I planned to, I'd like to think my toon wouldn't get ****canned without questions being asked first. Whether or not this is the case when a filthy ratbastard like Tyrant is involved, I wouldn't like to say. Ok, yes I would and yeah he probably was trying to pull a fast one, but you know....innocent until proven ****bag and all that.

While I personally think Tyrant should be violently sterilised IRL, get screenies of any agreements you make with him or anyone else. I'm sure the little ******** is on Glitch's watchlist, so help make a solid case for banning.

you could set up an undercover 'noob' account and set him up an oppertunity for tyrant to scam him while you have a screen recorder running. if he takes the bait, then glitch will have no other choice.

can you be banned for scamming? i noticed in most games the owners usually say something like "its your fault you traded them" but at the same time... this game ISN'T like most games. its a tight-knit population that rely's solely on trade. if we can't trust people, how would we get stuff done, how would we get LG's crafted... how would we get resources that we cannot?... we would have to do everything our selves and that's pretty much... impossible unless you have like 10 toons and a crapload of money. This game SHOULD ban people who scam. especially if it is done several times.

If I borrow a TC and my internet goes down for 3 days so I can't repay should I get bant? Or my house burns down and Nod is the last thing on my mind for a month? Maybe I'm in an accident and am offline for four months. All of these would look like scamming from the perspective of the lender.....item gone and no response from the lendee.

Do I think that happened here? No. Do I still think people should be considered innocent until proven otherwise anyway, despite the actions of ratbag ****nuggets like Tyrant? Aye. Always.

As much as I cannot stand this individual, and would never condone any type of scamming or fraud... The trade function is a done and done transaction, if you dont feel what is being offered is a fair price, do not hit accept.

At some point u have to trust others, you all have done it when you trade a crafter your mats and gold and expect to get an item back in return. They can't trade you your item for your mats as they need what you trade before they make your item. I'm all for innocent until proven guilty, but don't go chastising someone who has possibly lost out on something of value when it could have just as easily happened to you.
