Default Interesting changes for casting?

So I am currently sitting here conjuring up all of these high end builds, and have been comparing and contrasting for quite some time now and came up with a few suggestions..

For starters, I understand that there should be a price when it comes to becoming a hybrid but there are a few things that would make these builds much more viable options for example;

Tunnel Vision: Change the skill so it increase CNC for all builds by a maximum of 10%. The only problem I have encountered with this is that it might slightly give bow users a huge boost that they really don't need.. However it could really help various other options viable.

Energy/Mana Cost: Create or alter the skill(s) that lower mana/energy costs for staff users. So that they lower the cost of using gems for all upto 10% aswell.

Vamping and Direct Damage: My third and final suggestion for now, it's really about vamping in general actually. As it currently stands vamping is next to useless because it's limited to attack speed.. And again I understand you can mix and match some builds (regen with slight vamp etc etc).. But I think that the vamp class should effect Direct Damage gems again

All in all, the legendary gear and procs to make it worth using are there.. but some of the core skills are not.
