Default Uptiered Lava Vein Quiver
Uptiered Lava Vein Quiver, was disappointed to see only the Str went up by one point... the 2 AC was nice, 1% haste not really worried about, but I was under the impression it would be similar to Raiden gear, but helpful for melee characters.

Is it possible to buff it so that uptiering it gives 1 to each stat point instead of just 1 to str? Considering the gold cost for just 1 stat point and 2 AC, I think a little more would be nice.

The base quiver doesn't need a buff, but the uptiers could use a bump.
