It is a "buff" from what it first was, yeah. But that is because it was not working like it was intended. Since it got fixed people are crying archer buff when we were nerfed to begin with. Why don't we give you an insta kill (under the right circumstances) skill but then make it so people live with 20%+ hp left then just heal back to full.

I liked having a counter to the one-hit kill skill. But it doesn't much matter to me personally. Just trolling (hi)

All they did was change the order of the math or added the mitigation to the equation since it's and older skill..... all that while streaming porn apparently. <3
