There is no vote ban for a reason. It's easy to get a group of people to all chime in and gang up on someone who they do not like. If we banned people for the types of posts you linked there would be virtually no one posting on the forums. Just grow a thicker skin and please stop the silly threads and reports of posts just because someone said something that ruffled your feathers.
