The title of the video was misleading. That's a bot, not a hack. Very clearly, SOMEONE made that video who plays nod. Whether or not it really is Spament wasn't clearly proven.

It's not really an issue, any extended use can be detected and will result in banning. It is not a "hack" by any stretch of the imagination.
