It is absolutely insane to assume that if you were on an arena team and heard a teammate talking about "getting that team stop putting sacrigens in play for a TC" that you would just leave that team. People Joke about stupid stuff all the time. If I were on a top 100 team I would want some kind of PROOF that my teammate tried something like this before leaving.

Your basic assumption here is seriously flawed. I don't care about these players but assigning guilt by association is a much better way of turning off players to your game than having one component of it that could be exploited. Better to err on the side of sanity.

Just my two cents.

I'm sure if that was the case and the teammate who did the bribing was thought to be joking by the other two members then they could probably email glitchless and request a temp ban or some other lesser punishment. We don't know exactly what proof Glitch has but it might be the other two obviously knew or something. And in other cases maybe people wouldn't get banned if the only proof of their knowledge was 1 statement that could be construed as a joke. Let us not jump on the Glitch you over reacted bus without more of a knowledge of possessed proof. However that being said Glitch runs this game it is not a democracy and he in no way has to show you how he knew since that could be used to figure ways around his awareness.

True faces? I have never been one to hide my true face. But I had absolutely nothing to do with this. I'm all for competition and was actually looking forward to our next fights, because the last fight we had could have gone either way whoever landed the first outbreak would have won..

But playing for 18-24 hours a day with 2-4 hour break in the middle, isn't that fun.. nor fair.. But sure as hell did not want to see a massive number of my clanmates get banned. But what happens, happens.. If they were that unsure about being able to win they should have started arena sooner not ask others to help them beat what it took others 3 months to accomplish..

The draws weren't intentional, they offered bribes so they would win instead of drawing.. it's the bribing that got them banned.

I said I don't care what Glitch did here. I care about his statement about how Glitchless LLC approaches this situation. No where in his statement did he say that if you didn't actually try to cheat and only knew about it you can appeal. He stated you know about the deal being brokered and you get banned too. That was what my comments were obviously directed toward and should be taken as such.

So you are telling me that you want to be held to the standard of "if you knew any of the ToU were broken then you get banned along with the person breaking the rules"?

It has been my understanding you can email glitch with any concerns or comments so with that in mind you could email him if you got banned and try and discuss your point of view and have an outcome of possible less punishment or no punishment.

As for the standard you stated, I would think that if someone knew about a break in the rules than they would report it. However, as I was talking about this case only your quote is a little off. See in this situation and what I was talking about was that these people would be benefiting directly from what was happening that was against the ToU. That would be the difference from say someone not on the team knowing this bribery was going on and didn't report it.
