Default Hasten Demise toggle

Title... As it stands I NEEDED to delvl hasten demise to 0 in order to increase my chances of beating regenerereres in arena but in doing so slowing down my pve farming. Is it possible to get a toggle for specifically this skill?

Great idea but i feel people will feel its unfair as you can just change your build at the click of a button. Perhaps split it into 2 skills one hasten demise for mobs and another for players so if you want it you have to work for it. Or even have a 2nd skill that lowers the haste vs players so it balances out. I am not very articulate so cant explain myself fully but i do agree with you silver something like that would be nice.

Just wondering, why do you need to dlvl Hasten Demise? I don't see how the short delay is disadvantageous

Against regeners (incase you don't know they regen the damage dealt to them nearly immediately) the ticks are higher which makes your ruptures do less damage, by delvling the skill to 0 you tick for much less damage but get higher ruptures. You need to one hit most regeners. or be able to follow up a very high rupture with another few immediate small ones.

yeah i'd like to be able to do the same for rupture, so you can have 1 caster who can rupture and another who just helps build the damage. rupture too early and you're screwed.

i wanna say something like this was brought up concerning the black magic skill burning soul as well. you know how hard it is to be a CC-type caster when your mes is broken by a dot proc(yay i got a burning tick of 6 against your 2her that did 3.5k!!) that happened because someone hit you?

how about using a heal pet in PvP that just ends up being a huge buff to all the fading dmg procs your opponent has? (fire and ice toggle)

with things like this in mind, it would be nice to be able to toggle skills so one doesn't have to resort to de-leveling skills to try and pay them bills.

Not all builds can deal with all builds. It is either pve or pvp you want to go for. Why should one build be able to do all? No support for this reason. If you want to take out regeners as caster you have 2 options. Get dd skills and suit and change to dd caster to get the regener out or enchant with strenght and get melee skills up to be a melee dotting caster. Stop thinking inside boxes and easy way outs please. I have 10 pouches now that i can build and different suits to assist these builds. Also runes are a problem but if you choose wisely it does not matter that much in the end. To kill a team is a team effort not solo in arena. That is why it is 3 vs 3. Even without theftrunes a dd caster with the right build can keep going for minutes without being drained. Yes this means a build that not many have but yet again not many will be able to cope with
