Perhaps Green numbers with a minus sign in front within parentheses to show how much health the attack was supposed to vamp. In the same column as healing and dot damage when text is sorted on the target.

since the green heal text is for pet and gem heals I think it should be kind of like how fading shields work

110 for pet heals, hots and gem heals like now

(110) for "cured" heals

{110} for vamped heals
