Default New Regen-related Gem

When in play, instead of recovering HP you will continuously gain damage absorption shields equal to 1/4 the HP you would normally recover.

Also maybe a group version of this gem that distributes the shield evenly between your group.

tsk tsk do not be lazy buy the gems yourself , pally does not support it cause it is handled as auras but not a true aura
