there is absolutely no proof that whatshername is definitely trying to scam him, for all we know she reported him first. and he outright admitted he was selling his characters which is an automatic ban.

Even better, and while we're at it let's all assume she didn't try to sell something to skarner at all. [She initiated the conversation] That we cannot determine it's value at all, because she offered no way of confirming it, so for all we know the WoW account could be a fake all together, which is the definition of scamming.
And, what if skarner was "Buying" a WoW account, and he got a bad offer and he wanted to buy it for currency? IF this is the case then he deserves to be unbanned like you say. Unless of course you can offer up some evidence?
Oh, and also by your wording, it's perfectly fine to message random people with good looking accounts and to make crappy offers on them, until someone accepts? This isn't against the rules at all?
