Default Possbile Bug?
The other day I was waltz around on Zamp in high leveled zones with an escape pouch up which has an angelic aura for obvious reasons and noticed that his pets could still hit a hell of alot..

I understand the gem itself doesn't state it lowers pet damage - so is this intended? Just curious!

It's not supposed to affect pet damage.

I'm pretty sure angelic gives no benefit to whip users. If people are able to get the mitigation without a staff, then you have a bug

The mitigation does not require a staff, but the healing bonus does.
