Hey bud can we have
rare up tier to tier 2 increases stats and either armor or damage

epics uptier to 3 or 4 same as rare but with the proc too. 1% on the prock at tier 4.

Hey rip, i disagree with this one, sorry bud. Its already too easy for new people to come in and cap and be as good as some of us who has been here many years in only a couple months. This will also make it to where new or rerolled toons can beat the achievements of killing bosses at a lower level.. Rare armor starts at a low level
