Just curious as to why he was civil banned?

The only thing I said breaking any rules was a rebuttal to someone insulting my mother?

Really getting pretty old that they can sit here an harass me and I get banned yet players like MG, Chloe, and Hoodrat can shoot insults at my personal life and not get the same result.

I could personally careless about the ban on a farm toon, but by god treat all parties equally. Thanks.

Or no, I guess I made a welfare crack about "Hoodrat", which was more or less "roleplaying".. But she should have thought that one thru before making her toon.. If she really is on welfare and took offense to it.. I'm sorry

But still doesn't make it right that they can insult me and I can't toss it back and I get banned and they do not.

Constantly being called an idiot, and telling me to gtfo, etc etc.. it quite demeaning..about how terrible of a father I am etc etc etc..

Like I said, all I ask for here is equal punishments

If you can come up with a laundry list of things you might have said to get civil banned then you should have expected it. Civil specifically states "be nice or be banned." When people trade insults in civil it's quite possible they all deserve to be civil banned, but we can only ban the ones that we see or who get reported with screenshots.

Then good, I will report them and the entire conversation as it is still on my screen.

However as I said, the thing I said were not really that insulting or directly breaking a rule of civil otherwise I may have refrained. Also, shouldn't some type of warning be issued here? I have always spoken this way and only once receive a squelch recently and was never told or shown what the reason was.

The rules here seem to have alot of grey areas, I understand that I'm not the most liked person here, but it shouldn't entitle people to insult my family and such. Its not my job to moderate chats, but the moderators should also not hold a bias either.

Well as usual I'm having trouble uploading pictures here (edit) the screen got cut off for somereason... but i can try to rehost.. but adding "lolz" at the end of a statement doesn't justify it either.. and again she is another one constantly insulting me (proven in one of Thorin's threads IIRC where she calls me retarded when hse asks nore what the has so many replenishers in his bag when I gave her a legit and clear reason of why this could be)



So when you go from things like this.. to "your such a terrible father from how I perceive you on this video game" a response such as "well you are a welfare collecting bum" kind of equal out..

Again, I'm not saying the ban is completely unjust.. But maybe you should get some better moderation. This is retarded now that I have to keep uncivil open to trade with my own toon because some ****bag can't take what she dishes out and constantly trying to get me banned. Moderators should be the ones doing that.

If you want proof, just go into the "Minimal 2h Piercer buff thread" posted by hoodrat and look at the insults she is slinging at me constantly..

I shouldn't have to post a screenshot of her constantly calling me an idiot because I don't agree with her. Especially when the proof is posted on this site itself

Not to mention a cut screen such as this really shouldn't be used as proof. As most website based games and even console based games have chat logs which are used as undeniable proof and show both side of the story as its not hard to alter these to show only what the people want you to see.

And? Like I said, atleast I don't buy Toons! I don't "torment" anyone who isn't guilty.
Like I said, I could careless about one of MY 7 toons I use currently being civil banned. I have always more or less pushed the "stature of limitations", but if you intend to ban someone atleast send them an E-Mail with a direct infraction of the rule violations and complete investigation the situation and maybe even a warning!

But like I said the majority of game are required BY LAW to log chats for this specific reason. Again it's not like I'm asking for the ban to be lifted, as he said and I've admit like 2-3 times now.. I am not an angel, but if your going to punish me do it properly and atleast give me a timeframe of the ban.

And actually the conversation we were having was about changing the Ranger class, so it was by all means not detrimental to the chat at all. I simply said that I'd rather see a change to the tactician class versus the Ranger class and got bombarded by the three stooges.. "Oh your an idiot" "you don't know anything" "OMG JADA DOESNT LIKE IT SO ITS BAD IDEA"

I then proceeded to try to make my case, and people outside of their friendship and even some inside agree with me.. then after about approx~ 5-6 minutes insult started flying about what an ******* I am, what a terrible father I was, what an idiot I was... rather than try to come up with a legitimate reasoning to why my idea of changing a defensive based class versus a class that was created to give a certain bonus YEARS ago.. Basically they suggested removing an offense bonus and giving a defensive bonus which to be completely honest I could careless about.. but would for sure reroll my RANGER because they suggested the bonus not work if it was a whip user.. which most bow users use to begin with because of the lack of kiting (again I posted about this in various threads thurout the years)..

So I disagree with them and get constantly insulted and told how noone likes me (mind you some are defending me and PMing me at this point about how they agree etc etc)..Instead of them steeping outside the box and thinking like.. well hmm, that is pretty much just like changing the weaponmaster class to something like 10% higher chance to parry, versus making up for it in skills (which kiting has no secondary skill to benefit from) or adding to the tactician class, or creating a new class because giving the bonus to the tactician would be too versatile in terms of being a guardian/tact then and could get even more benefits from autoshooting/auto attacking and being able to use OwN and the parry according to the team you were facing without having to change class, or gear really. The simply insulted me because I disagree?

And then no formal investigation and a cropped screenshot? No chat logs? No warning? And I'm the only one banned? Suspicious to say the least.

And yes, "Bruce" I dislike you alot because the toon you bought was also breaking the rules before it was sold to you.. constantly spamming people to buy his TC's for real life cash and his alt because he was quitting etc etc..

But by all means, do not call me detrimental just because some nolifing scumbags don't like me

jada, if you are actually nice and pleasant to me i will usually respond pleasantly back (unless im having a real bad day) but alot of the time you start talking to me with hostility,

so i guess we are here, and i am going to say this, lets put everything behind us. we have both traded insults at each other, and quite frankly it is boring. so i propose we try not to hate each other, and if we cant be friends, at least we can be non-emotional to each other.

where we go from here is up to you.
