v1.364 Minor Auction Fix,...
I'm on boon, and can not be looted, the destroy 1 stack should also include those on boon with SB trophy's to be fair.

If you really want to be fair they should be able to destroy x3 stacks from people on boon...

This patch doesn't affect me as I'm not in an aligned clan, but feels very much like it only hurts the weaker toons. This is for 2 reasons:
1: weaker toons loose more
2: 1 (or 3 on boon) stacks is nothing to a strong toon. That's the equivalent of half a fights worth of trophies from goblin swamp, or 1 fight in north lake.
If I can farm 6 rows of trophs in 15 mins irl time in gob swamp, sacrificing 3 stacks to not spend 20 mins going back and forth isn't something even to consider worrying about.
If you auto looted 1 stack and 0.5% of a persons total gold there would be some kind of equality as strong toons will almost certainly have more gold saved and therefore more to loose.

Weak toons shouldn't war. Or you can just go out and kill people until you get killed and then farm while immune.p

That's good advice, but missed my point. My point was that this patch wont stop strong toons abusing wars for free gates when massively encumbered, only weaker toons.

This was the first step on making clan battles actually meaningful. I cite the area where it was discussed that super encumbered toons still won't go back to town. As far as I'm concerned "You are too encumbered to move" should apply to EVERYTHING. Death by mob, death by PK, death by CB, death by self mutilation. I dont care. You should stay in your square. That goes for the stupid escape glitch where you can retreat across the map while super encumbered with escape potions.
The argument many people are saying about it being easier to farm alt clans if the alts stay in the square is foolish. Who cares? The person controls both characters they can kill each other any time they want. It doesnt change anything to leave the character in the square and thereby wont hurt anything to make this change.
However, this also goes hand in hand with the decumberance issue. Caps with DA and high BGT can farm 8000 rocks of trophies in like 5 fights with boon. Its not fair to make them literally gate after every kill. So something needs to be done in that respect also.
