Clear your java cache. See this guide http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml

Have all browser windows closed when you perform the steps, then reopen the game.

Chrome SUCKS!! I'll NEVER use it again! Tried it out on an expendable pc (with NO virus anywhere inside it) After Installing Chrome, a few days leter, I find a virus known as "Doubleclick". Did some checking around, & I found out the Doubleclick & a few others are rampant with chrome. (yes, I checked to see if it was a legit version. It was.) Never had that sort of problem with Firefox.

If you have used Chrome & have had no viruses, more power to you.
You must be one of the lucky ones.

Try to use some payed antivirus and not hacked.
Also try to stop another download at least when play Nod. Low connection can create this kind of problem.

Try Avast, its free service is good, I've had only 1 false positive(My own program lol) and i've been virus free for about 5 years now. It's wonky if you have windows defender though so uninstall that before you get avast.

Also been using chrome exclusively for 3 years now with no issues.

Don't trust people's online "advice" you find on Google. Trust me, I work for a cellphone company. Every day I hear "oh ya I saw on Google it's a known issue that this particular phone sucks but such-and-such company covers it up because they intentionally made it horrible to scam us" and similar crap posted by idiots who can't figure out what's wrong. Chrome is an excellent browser, I've used it for years and never had a virus, and it runs lite. Try using antivirus, I recommend Comodo for gaming, the gaming mode runs very quietly in the background.

What's an antivirus? I just don't download stuff or go to sites I don't know.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.
