Glitchless we need to be able to demote offline toons in clans please...
reasons why are:
1. for clans with min rp we should be able to demote so they cant use runes till paid.
2. just make it easier to track and orginise any inactive members (a place to put them till decide whats up)
should be easy nuff, you has your squelches and bans we want ability to demote
