Double accell increasing uptier/downtier speed

Please, because our time is valuable and that's why we purchase Double Accell, make upcrafting time less if u have accel or DA purchased, more like time required to make oils or other kind of crafting, it's a pain in the ass!.

I'd like to ask for more buffs like auto-uptiering but i'll be pleased with just this.
