No with some of the new weapons there is already way more chance to double cast then a caster

I don't think they can reach any higher than a melee toon can actually... in fact pretty sure you can get more as a melee toon than as a caster lol

10% from skills with a staff .... are weapons and archery sets combined that give near 50% alone ... the new staff is what 5%? so if u want more double casts melle is already on top

nope is lower with staff then many other possible combos atm .
is y i put down the staff on trojan and puruit of other builds
