Ranger's Green Magic Class Bonus Question

So, the ranger recently had a small bonus added to green magic:
"...a 3% (up to 9% with skills) bonus to all green magic effects."

I recently began using Invigorate (1) which gives 30 energy at the cost of 15 mana. Would (or should?) the bonus to green magic modify the results of this gem?

I ask because it does not seem to improve this energy replenish at all. I have lvl 8 in Class Enhance, which brings the 3% bonus up to (3% * (1+0.5%*8)) = 3.12%. If the bonus modified the energy replenish, it would be: (30 * (1+3.12%)) = 30.936. Shouldn't this round up to 31? In the testing i did, it is just working as advertised, no bonus energy, or reduced mana cost. So, is the bonus not working properly, or should it not apply here?

It's possible the decimal points are truncated (leaving 30) instead of rounded to 31. Try one more level in Class Enhance (which should bring it to 31) and if it still doesn't work then the bonus would not apply it seems.

It should round bonuses, not truncate. That being said the issue was actually that the ranger green magic bonus wasn't being applied at all, that will be fixed right now in a reload.
