Yo...can you loot legendaries from people you pk/pkk/kill in a deathmatch if the legendaries are not soul bound?

As it stands now all legendaries are converted to store sell gold when you suffer a perm death, so no. There's really no reason to DM with unbound LGs, and there will be issues with PKs and the viability of their legendaries for LG redemption if they are not soulbound, so they are all dealt with in the same way regardless.
