Elements
It seems to Me that elemental damage could be implemented into the game. For example:
Red=Fire
Black=Spirit
Green=Earth
Blue=Water
White=Holy
Grey=None
Along that train of thought, maybe some types of magic should be more effective against mobs, i/e Fire magic would be devastating against creatures such as Ashling Treants and Spruce Gaurdians (for obvious reasons), while some creatures could absorb certain types of magic, such as the Water Savior Elemental would absorb blue direct damage magic. I'll try to develop this concept a bit more when I have a bit more time.
