Default Re-Roll questions
When you re-roll, do you keep 20+ and 40+ learning skills such as Cognizance, etc?

Do you keep TCs if you re-roll? Does it matter if they are SB?

Does a PK keep TCs if they get PKKed?

TC's are items and are lost when perm killed - truly lost since they can't be looted either so don't PK with time cards in your inventory. It shouldnt be possible to reroll if you have TC's in your possession to prevent you from losing them.

You do keep your 20+ passive skills, you just won't see them until you get to that level but you will have their effects.
