He needs the receipt to confirm that you are indeed the owner of the account or people would claim to have toons that are not theirs. Have you ever bought a time card or anything with real money on the account?

try searching through your emails for a confirmation email, or an inactivity email, that will have your username written in, as for your password, you will either have to remember or guess.

I know my password already... I don't need help with that, but My account has nothing to do with paypal. I never made any purchases, nor is it linked, and I don't have anything connecting the 2.

If you never made a purchase im not sure if he can give you the account name. But since it is only the name you need and not the password he might give it out. I understand why he needs the paypal as people normally buy tc's using paypal and that can be 100% confirmation that it is indeed yours. Maybe he could quiz you about the account skills/build and stuff. I played a game where the server got hacked and all accounts were locked for safety to get them back the owners had to be quizzed on their account (mine dated back 3 or 4 years so i would have been the only one to know the answers)
