yeah nice looking but i thought these were supposed to be legendry not pretty lol 10% to range haste is ok but pretty sucky considering the cost to craft i'm with clau ty for posting but glad i didnt get this as a drop

10% to range haste sucks, most quivers that high give 30-40% haste

well the 12 int allows for 30 extra negs ie
12 times 1.25 =15 Stat Enhancement

and 30 divided buy half =15 Mitigated Penalties

with both skills maxxed thats pretty op when all you need to chant this is 4 other negs

If you already have a fully geared tank this is a very good quiver for extra stats..

I was surprised this wasn't a "healing" quiver to go along with the second bow (healing) and arrow (healing). Perhaps that will come along in the future.

Still looking for the "fast" bow. The first bow hits hard, but is slow. The first arrow is pretty nice (I'm using it). The first quiver is fast, and I'm saving for it.

Maybe next lg bow set will helps archers to get damage as casters and faster as well.

This quiver has no skills/options besides stats points. Perhaps Glitch forgot to add and will do the next update. Anyway, this quiver is good for melee.

As we know, archers can use pierce, shields or whips.
Glitch made bows, arrows and quivers with positive influence melee players, but did not make melee weapons (piercers, shields, whipsuri) with positive skills/options to helps archers.
Maybe it's time to find some legendary whips, pierce or shields with skills/options that positively influence archers.

well i have the legendry thunder eye quiver and the demon bow they do hit hard and fast as the quiver allows you to use the range haste gem with it to

This bow has got to be a mistake.

Either a proc is missing, or else the 10% must be the wrong number.

Here's why: we all know that epic items up until leg. gear had bows that gave melee bonuses but never melee items that gave bow bonuses. Somehow this was fair, but it was what it was and we all know that some bows are designed to help melee more than be a great bow option. The legendary gear actually had some melee wepons that gave potential bonuses to bows (2H slasher, 1H piercer, of whip, for instance) and we had to expect that a few bow items would be designed to give melee a nice bump.

But despite the melee items giving bow bonuses, there is no melee item that is straight up not viable to use as a melee item. The difference between the legendary 2H slasher and the epic 2H 99 slasher might be small, but the legendary wep is still better. That bow is straight up not viable to use as a bow user. It's worse than the 99 epic, worse than the 88 epic, worse than the 78 epic, worse than the 67 epic, worse than the 58 epic. It's striaght up unusable. That must be a mistake. If the haste was, idk, 40%-ish then the stats would make it a usable quiver despite losing the proc and despite being Str-based stats.

To give an example, what if the 2H slasher had the same DoT bonus proc for equipping it (which made a few dip**** melee'ers whine immediately) but had a base damage/delay of 11-68 dmg 42 delay? What would you say? Well that's what this quiver is, and it can't actually be right.

Nope.

SE/MP works for total stat changes, not individual items.
