New 2h slasher also has 26 - 348 damage.

This quiver has 10 % haste.

One is a very useable melee weapon while the other is a useless quiver.

Dont judge weapons only by its damage.
It has 40 delay, Very slow comparing to other known weapons. Btw its procs compense its slownes i guess.
Also a T1 can only take +28 Stone, most of other 2H weapons can take 38 stones. And its basic stats are for Bow users, or melee hybrids maybe. If U can close Your eyes on all of these and got milions of gold to spend on it, why not? But i wouldt get something more melee-ish as a melee. I dont say its unusable for melees, its just not for common melees, but more for bow user builds, and goes perfectly with Thrakis fury bow :3

And there are weapons that are NOT for DIRECT usage in combat, they got perfect stats and procs for some builds, some of them are for passive role and give great bonus for a weapon (survavability, pets etc) that u actually use in combat to its effectivity. Nothing is TOTALY useless :3

Both 2 H slashers have almost the same dps.

Blood boiling beheader:
21 + 289 = 310
310 / 2 = 155
155 / 33 = 4.7

Runed flurry greatsword:
26 + 348 = 374
374 / 2 = 187
187 / 40 = 4.7

The bbb is point something better (basically the same). As such, dps wise, it is a perfectly servicable melee weapon. The procs are also very useful to a melee fighter that is using the weapon.

Yes i agreed with U, its completely useless for archers (for good archers lol), but that doesnt mean its useless for other builds, thats what i wanted to say. I doubt there will be any other quiver with such good AC , good stats for melee and take that big stones.
