v1.068 Civil and Uncivil Channels
Could we have a way to auction shout to both channels? Like /a or something.
Also one to ask for group, since that should extend to all players.

thx for splitting the 2 chats jeff i especially liked the way u tossed in a way to see how many people are in each very helpful
do u think u can add some kind of option that would allow your friends to see what channel u are currently in

i like this idea. its the easiest way to solve the constant moaning some people (i wont name names) have had with the way people chat. this way, if you want g rated, you have g rated. and if you want to talk r rated, you have that option.
however, i think kellisa has a valid point on the /a thing. cause if you only have 1 premium char, and are doing crafting and need resources, and have a tendancy to have potty mouth, then you have to swap back and forth, and run the chance of saying the wrong thing in the wrong chat.

How about an option to select a player and vote them off the civil channel?
Of course, to prevent abuse, X amount of people would need to vote for it, and then the offender could be bumped to uncivil for a set amount of time.
Too many people like to "push the envelope" and this gives players a way to deal with them without the target really losing anything.

I couldnt last an hour in the civil channel. But then again...it segregates yuppies and ******s away from me so I dont have to listen to them whine. Therefore, I no longer oppose this update.

There are mods for a reason, you just have to live with it until someone gets around to stopping them
